How to send a message
This page is to help you use our messaging system to contact a member of our team to discuss any quieries you may have regarding your policy or quote.
How to send a message
- Log into your MotorEasy Account
- Click the menu (it’s usually called a hamburger menu I think!) button on the top right of the screen
- Click the mailbox button
- Click new message
- Select the message type and product type that fits your message best or select ‘Other’ if unsure
- Write a subject that briefly describes your message
- Write a message in the “Enter your message” box detailing what you need assistance with
- Attach any images or files that support your message
- Click the send message button to finish
