How to locate your policy documents
This page is to help you locate your policy documents once you have purchased a product via the website, or over the phone with a representative.
How to find your policy documents:
Log into your MotorEasy account. If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset your password, or text yourself a one time code to access your account.
Select the vehicle from the drop down list with the policy you wish to locate.
Scroll down to a section names 'My Purchased Products'.
- View your policy documents including schedule, receipt and cover. You can also report a fault on the vehicle from here.
