MotorEasy Rewards Terms and Conditions
Definitions
Member – an individual who purchases a MotorEasy product and/or who signs up to MotorEasy’s free Digital Garage account area.
MotorEasy Contact Centre – MotorEasy’s sales and customer care team, contactable on 0800 131 0001.
Partner Channels – MotorEasy Commercial partners that sell MotorEasy branded and/or administered Qualifying Products and for whom MotorEasy may host or deliver a White Label Account Area
Qualifying Products – as detailed in Schedule 1, selected car maintenance, protection and ancillary products and services, that customers can purchase or part-purchase using MotorEasy Rewards via motoreasy.com, the MotorEasy Contact Centre and MotorEasy’s free Digital Garage Account Area.
Rewards – a monetary unit of value that can be redeemed against the purchase of Qualifying Products.
White Label Account Area(s) – MotorEasy Commercial partners for whom MotorEasy supplies a car ownership member account area, branded or liveried in the Commercial Partner’s look and feel. A White Label Account Area typically provides functionality and products for sale equivalent to the MotorEasy Digital Garage account area.
Membership
Membership in the MotorEasy Rewards progamme is free.
By trading your Rewards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards can only be assigned to a single MotorEasy account. You cannot combine rewards from multiple accounts when redeeming points to purchase a Qualifying Product.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

Earning Rewards
Rewards are automatically earned when purchasing Qualifying Products on motoreasy.com and associated Partner Channels that sell MotorEasy Qualifying Products.
Rewards can also be earned through the following actions or events on motoreasy.com and associated White Label Account Areas, which may be updated or amended from time to time.

Rewards cannot be converted into cash or transferred to any bank or card accounts. You cannot assign, transfer or move Rewards. You cannot combine your Rewards with Rewards awarded to any other person. There are no exchanges or refunds on unused Rewards.
The duration or shelf-life of each reward is calculated as the remainder of the year in which the reward was purchased, together with the following 12-months in the subsequent calendar year. After this period, the corresponding rewards will expire and will be deleted from the Member account.
Rewards acquired through a product purchase will only be assigned to your account following the cooling off period on the newly purchased product.
Where products are purchased on a rolling monthly basis over multiple years, the total qualifying rewards amount will be applied to your account in the first month only following the initial purchase.
In the event a refund is provided following the purchase of a product with a combined cash and reward contribution, the corresponding portion of the purchase made in rewards will be credited back to the customer account as rewards.
We reserve the right to modify the point-earning structure at any time.
Viewing and Redeeming Rewards
Your Reward balance can be accessed at any time by logging into your MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area. We will also send you regular email updates that detail your current Rewards balance.
Rewards can be redeemed for discounts on Qualifying Products when purchasing via motoreasy.com or via the MotorEasy telesales contact centre.
The point value of rewards is subject to change.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reward Status and Termination
Rewards may be deactivated if there is no activity after a period of 24-months
We reserve the right to terminate your Rewards for fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your Rewards at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, any unused Rewards will be forfeited.
Our Responsibilities
We provide the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area and associated Qualifying Product purchase journeys to enable you to participate in our Rewards programme. In doing so, we:
i. provide you with a licence to use the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area to enable you to keep an accurate track of your Rewards;
ii. enable you to redeem your Rewards via Qualifying Product purchase journeys on motoreasy.com and through our telephone sales agents;
iii. enable the generation of new Rewards through product purchases, actions and events defined within these Terms & Conditions.
iv. in each case, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We provide the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area to enable you to keep an accurate track of your MotorEasy Rewards;
The MotorEasy Rewards service has been developed using the utmost care and we strive to provide you with access to, and the use of MotorEasy Rewards functionality and the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area at all reasonable times. We also agree to carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, which includes (amongst other things) that we will seek to ensure the Rewards balance shown in your account area is an accurate record of the Rewards earned.
However, we cannot guarantee that: (i) the service is always free of errors, meets certain requirements or can be used in a particular way; (ii) you will have continuous or uninterrupted access; or (iii) the information available via the service is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
The MotorEasy Rewards service and the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area may contain links to websites or content of third parties. None of that third party content will have been verified or reviewed by us. We do not endorse any third parties. You must make your own decisions about dealing with them and accessing any of their content. If anything goes wrong whilst, or because of, using a third party’s website, or dealing with a third party, your claim is against that third party, not MotorEasy Services Ltd. As such, you cannot claim from MotorEasy if anything goes wrong as a result of you dealing with a third party or accessing the information or content on their websites.
Your Responsibilities
When using the MotorEasy Rewards service, you must adhere to the following rules:
you must not remove, copy or modify any aspect of the MotorEasy Rewards service or MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area;
you must not use the service to take unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory action;
you must not upload any viruses, Trojan horses or other malware or malicious code;
you must not access a user account that belongs to another user;
you must not collect any content or information from other users using automated methods (such as bots, robots, spiders or scrapers) without our prior consent, and you must not use these methods to access the service in any other way;
you must not allow third parties to access your MotorEasy Rewards account;
you must keep your password and other information on your MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area account secret and you must protect your account against unauthorised access by third parties;
you must not attempt to use MotorEasy Rewards more than once except as expressly permitted in these terms; and
you must not use your access to the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area to generate income of any kind, for example, selling MotorEasy Rewards to another individual.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in MotorEasy Rewards, the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area and motoreasy.com and their contents. Such rights are protected by laws and treaties around the world and we reserve all of these rights.
Other trade marks, service marks or logos that appear on the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area or on motoreasy.com, including those of third party service providers, are the property of their respective owners and are likely to be registered trademarks and subject to restrictions as to their use. They must not be used without our express permission and, where applicable, the trademark owner's express permission.
Information and Privacy
In managing the allocation and redemption of Reawrds, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can find our Privacy Policy here [link to Privacy Policy].
We may use your information to send you Rewards updates and promotional offers. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time via the Profile section in the MotorEasy Digital Garage account area.
Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards. Replacement cards may be issued for a fee.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on our website or through email communication.
Additional Terms
Your Membership to the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area and Rewards Service is personal, non-transferable and subject to these terms. If any term of these terms of use is found to be unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the other terms.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
Failure by either of us to enforce rights under these Terms and Conditions shall not prevent you or us (as the case may be) from taking further action.
These Terms and Conditions, the services we provide in the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area, our Rewards service, motoreasy.com and any communications we send to you, will be in English.
These Terms and Conditions, including the MotorEasy Privacy Policy (https://www.motoreasy.com/pages/privacy-policy) and MotorEasy web site Terms & Conditions (https://www.motoreasy.com/pages/terms-and-conditions ) constitute the whole agreement between you and MotorEasy Services Ltd.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing Law
English law applies to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes about these Terms and Conditions or your Membership to the MotorEasy Digital Garage Account Area. You may make a claim in the Courts in the area in which you reside.
